Since 1988 the Zacks Rank has rated US stocks from 1 to 5 based on how analysts revise their earnings estimates, and it now sits next to A-to-F Style Scores for value, growth and momentum. The free membership already shows both on every quote, plus a portfolio tracker with daily email alerts and a few basic screens. Premium costs $249 a year after a 30-day trial and opens the custom screener with 125 fields in 18 categories, 45+ curated screens, 39 thematic ones and research reports with price targets. Screening covers US exchanges only, so a European company shows up only if it trades as an ADR. Custom formulas and backtesting live in Research Wizard, a separate Windows program sold on top. And Zacks Trade, despite the name, is a separate brokerage company.
