ChartMill puts technical setups and fundamentals in one screener and grades both. Each stock gets a Technical Rating and a Setup Rating from 0 to 10, plus a Fundamental Rating split into five areas, and every one of them works as a filter. What sets it apart is historical screening: you can run any screen as of a past date and see the market exactly as it stood that day. There are 302 preset screens based on named strategies such as CANSLIM and Minervini's trend template, custom expressions over any field, and nine alert types. A free account needs no card, but its usage limits aren't published since the page about credits was removed. The subscription costs $34.97 a month or $299.97 a year, and all data is 15 minutes delayed even when you pay. In Europe, fundamentals cover only Xetra and Euronext.

Best for
Swing traders and screen tinkerers in the US or on Xetra and Euronext who don't need real-time prices. Skip it if you trade intraday or want fundamentals for London or the Nordics: data is delayed and those markets show prices only.
