Few trackers go as deep into individual instruments as AllInvestView: bond ladders with yield to maturity and duration, options with Greeks, rental property with cap rate and NOI. Returns come as TWR, MWR and XIRR with a toggle, and the tax engine handles FIFO, LIFO and wash sales in 13 jurisdictions, with a real BOE-format Modelo 720 export for Spain. The free plan never expires but allows 10 holdings, one portfolio and five years of history, without broker sync. Paid plans cost €7.99, €12.99 or €24.99 a month, and sync runs nightly through SnapTrade from Starter up. Check the language before you sign up: the marketing site lists nine languages, but its own help centre says the app is translated into English and Spanish only.

Best for
Investors who hold individual bonds, options or rental property next to shares, and Spanish tax residents who file Modelo 720 for foreign assets. If you want a phone app, there's only a PWA, nothing in the app stores.

Where we differ: you set a goal with an amount and a date and we tell you when you'll get there, and the app works in Polish and Turkish. If you need option Greeks or a Modelo 720 filing, AllInvestView is the better choice.
