Rentablo
Syncs German bank depots and gets the return maths right. Free for one bank, PLUS from €4.99 a month.
Rentablo suits investors in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who want every depot in one place without typing anything in. Its own documentation shows returns measured two ways, TWROR and IRR, both adjusted for deposits and withdrawals, which not every tracker does. The free plan covers one bank and three years of history. PLUS costs €4.99 a month and PRO €9.99, with five and ten bank connections. For anyone outside the German-speaking countries, the main obstacle is language: the whole interface is in German.

Best for
Investors with a German bank or broker who want the depot to update itself. Think twice if you might switch tools later: Rentablo has no data export, so leaving means entering your history again somewhere else.
Strengths
- TWROR and IRR returns, both adjusted for deposits and withdrawals
- Bank sync through finAPI (PSD2), with manual entry and broker PDF import as a fallback
- A dividend calendar and benchmarks against the DAX, MSCI World and S&P 500
Trade-offs
- German only, and the banks it connects to are mostly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- No data export and no native mobile app
- The ready-to-file tax report is announced but not available yet
Rentablo vs PortfolioGlance
Rentablo connects to German banks, and we don't connect to any bank at all. If that sync is what you need, choose Rentablo. Both apps calculate returns with a stated method. Where we differ: PortfolioGlance works in English, Polish and Turkish, and adds rebalancing against your targets and AI analysis on top of the numbers.
